The hotel is great, and I love the pool and its location.

The room was okay. The common areas were terrible. The pool looked super appealing in photos, but it’s very small and overcrowded, with music blasting. We were a family and one of the rooms was only ready after three days (they arrived after 4 pm to prepare it while we were resting). The front desk staff were not very attentive. It’s not a four‑star hotel by any means. It’s expensive for what it offers.

I stayed in an adults‑only place with beach access, but the bathroom was tiny and the shower had no door, so water splashed everywhere and the amenities were limited.
