I paid a fair price, but the street was under massive construction and the building itself was hidden. I showed up at 5am in a heavy downpour, called the owner and sent a message, yet got no reply until the next morning. I had to book a room elsewhere, and the owner still had no manager on site. I never actually stayed there, yet I was still charged for the night and my refund request was ignored.
