The booking listed air‑conditioning in the room, but the owner added a €10 fee, so I didn’t take it and ended up without AC; when I showed her the listing, she wouldn’t talk to me, so I advise against this hotel—she was extremely unpleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised; nothing negative at all.

The property is well‑located and the area stays quiet. However, the booking page said check‑in could start at 12 pm, which I assumed was midnight, but when I called to say I’d arrive later in the evening because I was coming from Gura Humorului and wanted to see more places along the way, the lady was a bit annoyed, saying she had an event that night and that I should arrive as soon as possible. I tried to get there around 2 pm and was greeted by the cleaning lady, who was otherwise friendly, but I couldn’t pay by card because she didn’t know the procedure. I was told I could stay, received the room key, with the note that the owner or her husband would come the next morning. The next day I waited an hour and a half trying to reach the owner or her husband to make the payment, constantly calling their numbers. Eventually we managed to contact them and they sent the IBAN via WhatsApp for payment. It’s a pity for such a beautiful location because it seems the owners don’t have time to manage it, maybe they should hire someone to be at reception permanently in the future.

The parking is large and the bed is comfortable. The air‑conditioning didn’t work, which was a problem in the 34 °C heat, and the fridge also failed to operate.
