A small hotel run with a lot of love – if we ever return to Weimar, this will be our first stop; highly recommended!

“Erholsamer, ruhiger Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage.”

A quiet little hotel with a friendly welcome and free bottled water available daily; the breakfast, however, was poorly organized – there was everything but the portions were too small for the number of guests, leading to occasional waiting for refills.

“Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt”

The location is absolutely fantastic – very quiet yet centrally situated, everything within walking distance, and free parking everywhere; the staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is good, the beds comfortable, and the old house has been lovingly renovated. The only downsides are the old, worn-out carpet in the room and the terrible, unstable Wi‑Fi.

“Es passte alles das Wetter das gute Essen und der hervorragende Aufenthalt.”

As already mentioned, the setting is very quiet. Our room even had a balcony that was pleasant to use with a good wine. The center is not far; walking takes about 10‑15 minutes. There are many nice restaurants of various cultures, so there is something for everyone. I don’t think it could be better. We were satisfied with everything, and the weather also helped, which we couldn’t influence. Overall we were very happy.

After returning a year later, I enjoyed the calm of my room after days of exploring the beautiful Thuringian region. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the stay very pleasant.
