Tenía dispensador de agua en el segundo piso. El inodoro está pegado a la pared en el baño, es muy incómodo

Las personas que atendían súper!! Desde el q carga la maleta. Mucha gente de trabajo y hacen juntas en el segundo piso donde hay habitaciones

The reception girls, Jessica and Alfredo, always with a smile, helped me with the luggage. Incredible service. There is no gym.

The cleanliness, extreme organization, and fine attention of the staff make a difference; kudos to the staff who leave the rooms immaculate, to the reception staff who are very attentive—especially Jaime with the luggage support, Vanesa attentive to any request, and Harry very attentive. All from the concierge, 10 of 10, would return a thousand times! Congratulations.
