Cleanliness was good, but it was very noisy. The owner was very responsive, but we still had to deal with loud party people who didn't respect the place.

Nothing, I never got the keys. The booking was double‑booked and my family and I had to sleep in the car. This situation is unacceptable.

The area is fine and the price is good. There is no reception or anyone to talk to. When a problem arises, it’s very hard to contact them and they just throw the ball over the fence. We requested (and paid for) two rooms, but they only prepared one. First we mistakenly booked only one, even though booking showed two and we paid for two. Then it turned out to be a booking error for showing two (inexplicable that this be an error when we wanted two, saw two, and paid for two). Finally they had no rooms. When we tried to cancel everything for breach of contract and leave, they said they actually had a room and offered it to us.
