The location was excellent, the hotel was very comfortable and beautifully landscaped, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were large, and the breakfast buffet was unmatched in the USA.

The grounds were meticulously kept and cozy, our room was very comfortable and well‑furnished, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever needed, though it’s hard not to love everything, especially the beautiful Hapuna Beach and the Westin’s seamless integration into the surroundings.

The place is in a great spot and the rooms are good, but the staff were pleasant yet unskilled, service sometimes felt unfocused, disorganized, and time‑consuming, and the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection of food.

The view at the entrance, the beachfront access, the shuttle to the sister hotel, and the quiet atmosphere made it feel not overly busy; the staff were extremely helpful and lovely, though it was a little out of the way from everything, which didn’t really affect our stay, and we booked an island tour that was picked up from the resort.

The location is spectacular, probably the best on the island’s west coast, the beach is beautiful though not very usable in strong wind, snorkeling on the right side toward the rocks is recommended for impressive reefs and fish variety, the hotel’s structure is beautiful and well integrated into the landscape with sea views from almost every area, the breakfast buffet is large and varied, the sea‑view rooms are well maintained, spacious and comfortable, and the terrace with a small sofa is notable; overall services are neglected and definitely need improvement for a place of this type—restaurants, beach services, pool services, bar service, and reception service—though the staff are very welcoming and courteous.
