The only thing I liked was the garden around the hotel. Upon arrival we were given a room that was so heavily scented it was hard to breathe, even with the balcony doors open. I asked for a change because I’m allergic, but the staff said no sea‑view rooms were available and offered a standard pool‑view room instead, which was so small it was hard to move around. We only had cabin suitcases that had to stay closed. The shower cabin was a complete oddity—at 158 cm I couldn’t fit, and my partner couldn’t turn around. There were no power outlets by the beds, so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The 90s‑style furnishings—a useless desk, chair—made it impossible to move freely. I expected an apology, a discount, or at least a refund of the price difference for the standard room, but there was no gesture. Additionally, the hotel is on a busy road, so there’s noise. Never again.
