The vibe was calm, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is old, and the swimming pool is quite small. All in all, we were comfortable. Nothing at all to complain about.

“Korkunç”

We booked through Biz booking. When we arrived, a gentleman in the lobby told us it would be better to pay in cash. We said we would pay through Biz booking, and he asked us to cancel the reservation on Biz booking. We asked why, and he gave vague answers. We didn’t understand. The price on Biz booking was 166 euro, and he said, “Pay 150 euro in cash and I’ll give you a discount.” We didn’t get it, we were already very tired, and his responses were very vague. After we entered the room, we realized he had disabled the Biz booking. We had never encountered something like this before. We never requested any discount or cash payment from him. Instead, we said we had no cash, and he said, “Go to the ATM later, withdraw, and bring it.” We gave him all our cash, including change. When we checked out, we asked him for an official receipt stating we paid, but he said he couldn’t give one. I insisted, and he said he could fill something out by hand, but it would have no official validity. In other words, he’s evading taxes, pulling customers from Biz booking, and disabling the booking. I’ll report this complaint to the authorities. Regarding the hotel itself: it’s very old, and the moment you enter, there’s an incredible damp smell. The bathroom and toilet are dirty. The pillows are uncomfortable. The curtains look like carrion. The liquid soap and shower gel are diluted with water. The fraud they’re doing is the main reason I’ll never go back.
