“Ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage.”

The room was spotless and got cleaned daily, which matters most to me. The hallway had water dispensers, and inside the room I had a coffee machine plus a kettle—great for tea. There was also a small fridge that held a decent amount. The bathroom featured neutral‑scented Rituals products. The hotel was very quiet; my room was close to the elevators, yet I didn’t notice many other guests on the corridor, and the hallway noise was barely audible. In the lobby, fresh water with lemon or cucumber was offered. I didn’t try breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Nice Saint Augustin train station and the Grand Arenas tram stop, making excursions a breeze.

“Convenient and comfortable.”

The hotel sits conveniently near the airport, the rooms are tidy with nice amenities, the bar is well stocked, and the staff are friendly. The presence of prostitutes outside might appeal to some, but it clashes with the hotel’s vibe and feels a bit sketchy.
