We stayed at a beautiful resort in a stunning setting, and they’re currently adding new rooms, so it’s only getting prettier. It sits a little closer to the road, so you might hear some traffic, but it didn’t bother us at all. The facilities are solid and the service is excellent; the staff are extremely helpful, think ahead and are happy to arrange activities. They partner with a snorkel‑and‑dive school for trips where you can even see whale sharks. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The setting is lovely right on the beach, you can just walk straight into the sea, and there’s a quiet terrace and a relaxing spot where the sea breeze feels great, situated between the whale‑watching point and the little town. The cleaning could have been more thorough; when we arrived the bathroom door still had hair stuck to it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me all the information I needed; I was lucky to have the shared room to myself, the view was amazing and there were little cats that greeted and played with me. The location is great, with local transport right on the road.
