The room was very cozy and close to the beach. The owners were friendly and helped us arrange tours. We parked two cars in the parking lot. Breakfast was tasty, with a choice of local or continental options. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I recommend the UV filter; the sun there is pretty good.

The staff were very kind and made you feel at home; the breakfast was delicious and generous. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and a window overlooking a terrace that offered amazing mountain views. There was no noise, just the wonderful sounds of nature. The only downside was that the approach road was a bit narrow and only accessible by tuk‑tuk.

It offered great value for money. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and the service was excellent for the price. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed in the non‑air‑conditioned room during warm weather. The fan was strong enough to sleep on, and keeping the window slightly open cooled the room until morning. We almost had no mosquito problems (just a few isolated ones). We liked that Sri Lankan breakfast was available instead of being limited to a continental spread. By the fourth morning the breakfast became a bit monotonous, though there was always plenty of fruit. The bed was okay; there were no toiletries or hot water (not dramatic, but something to know beforehand). The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were not overly noisy; even with a family next door with two small loud kids, we didn’t hear much. There is a clothesline and a private terrace section. The only thing to be aware of is that on Saturday and Sunday evenings the party bus stops at the beach and the whole village is pumped with bass from 6 pm, which can disturb sleep; it usually passes after 1–2 hours and is tolerable. The Wi‑Fi could be more stable.
