The bathroom is discreet. The sheets are dirty with hair, the television doesn’t work, and there is dust.

Definitely a lively spot near the university. The cleaning was poor, dust everywhere.

Nothing positive. Unfortunately the place isn’t clean and the staff lack courtesy and willingness to help. The room was small and dirty, unlike the photos they show. I’m not used to bad reviews, but I felt terrible. The TV didn’t work. The AC remote didn’t work either, among other issues. I found a towel on the floor in the shower, half‑wet. The door didn’t open easily. I’m done!

The price and location are okay, especially the proximity to the Policlinico metro stop, but there were no supermarkets nearby and all the restaurants were closed at night. The cleaning was lacking, the furnishings were old, the bathroom was tiny and had no bidet, and the water wasn’t very hot.
