The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine, but the bed was too narrow, arriving by car is difficult because the entrance is only reachable via the pedestrian zone, and there is no wardrobe in the room.

The central location and friendly staff were positives, but the fourth floor had no elevator.

The hotel is perfectly located, the welcome was personalized and warm, staff speak multiple languages, the room was clean, cozy, and quiet, and they offered good restaurant recommendations. The bike reception was flawless, with options to wash, repair, and store bikes. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend it!

A very nice little city hotel, right next to the Münster. The staff were very friendly. There is a bike garage with charging options and a water hose for rinsing. Special thanks to Mr. Mayer for the restaurant tips.

Great location right by the Münster, right in the city centre and not far from the train station. We could drop our suitcases before check‑in, and when we returned later they were already in our room, which was unexpected but very pleasant, especially since there are so many stairs to our roof room. Thanks! The room had two roof windows and one in the bathroom. When the windows were closed it was very quiet and you could hardly hear the bells of the Münster. The electronic roof window shades also blocked light well. The room was spacious and had everything you need.
