The property is always very clean, and there isn’t anything not to like about this hotel.

The location is perfect for the university, but the price point doesn’t match the quality.

The breakfast and desserts were nice, but the room and hallway had a bad smell and the elevator was under repair, which made a special occasion visit to Tampa very disappointing.

The location was great the room was larged but the bathroom sink was cloged and the coffee machine was dirty. Also the shuttle information on the website said that the hotel shuttle hkept same hour as Busch gardens and that was incorrect. Room bathroom dirty and sink clogged shuttle stop running at 10pm so I had to take my car to busch gardens. which was one of the reason I booked this hotel, for the shuttle service
