The hotel is excellent right in the airport, very beautiful and convenient! The breakfast was wonderful! At dinner, the tables in the restaurant weren’t cleared until we asked.

The location inside the airport (near exit 14) was perfect, and the room was spotless.

A great luxury hotel, but poorly prepared for Western tourists. I arrived after a 15‑hour flight and a 90‑minute taxi from another international airport. At the hotel I couldn’t pay because neither Alipay nor WeChat worked. Reception wouldn’t help or pay the taxi, even if they’d charge a commission, and sent me back to the airport to exchange money for the taxi. Eventually my wife’s Alipay worked after she shared her internet connection with the taxi driver. The doorman wouldn’t give us Wi‑Fi until we were registered. They can’t help guests and tourists. The lighting was bad and explanations were useless when they escorted us to the room. The pool should stay open longer.
