The hotel’s central location is within walking distance of the old city center, good restaurants, and cafés; the breakfast was very good, but the pantry was a bit scattered, so you had to search for items and move the plate around different corners. The reception staff were very kind and patient, providing excellent service. I especially want to mention the veteran employee (over 41 years) named JOZICA, who is the “face” of the hotel—she’s simply wonderful; we left after just two days with tears and a hug. The room layout is lacking: there are no wardrobes, no shelves for items, the lighting is weak and insufficient, and there’s no fridge. Aside from breakfast, there are no meals at the hotel, so you have to leave for lunch and dinner.
