I appreciated the many non‑egg breakfast options. From the 20th floor, the view was amazing, and they kept our bags after checkout so we could roam around luggage‑free for a few hours. The only downside was the high price.

“Waste of our money and left with a break out due to the dirtiness of our room completed dusty and filthy floor”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great with plenty of shops nearby, but our room was far from clean—the floor was filthy, the shelves were absolutely filthy, and the toilet was a mess. The pillow and duvet sheets felt like they hadn’t been changed from the last guest, and we had to ask twice for fresh ones, which was frustrating and caused a breakout for me and my sister. We felt like we wasted our money because we didn’t get what we paid for and stayed uncomfortable the whole time.

“We had excellent service, a great room and good food. The staff was attentive and excellent.”

We really liked the hotel and the staff was exceptional. Our room was exceptional and the view wonderful. The hotel was in Harlem and at night we felt a little nervous coming into a deserted lobby to take the elevators to the hotel lobby on the 5th floor

“Bueno pero no tan bueno”

Me gustó que estaba limpio, que nos guardaron las maletas después de check out, que hicieron cambio de toallas todos los días así mismo del café y que aunque hay muchos comentarios con respecto al ruido, en nuestro caso no sentimos ningún tipo de ruido, pudimos descansar normalmente, cabe aclarar que nuestra habitación era en un piso 20, no sé si tenga algo que ver, por último queda bastante cerca a la estación de metro, exactamente dos cuadras, lo cual nos facilitó mucho movilizarnos. No me gustó que cuando hice la reservación anoté que éramos 4 y cuando hicimos check in me dijeron que el desayuno solo era para dos personas o que un bono de comida de 25 usd , el cual no recomiendo porque un desayuno sin bebida cuesta como 24 usd entonces es peor, adicional solo tienes dos opciones de desayuno que todos los días es igual. No me gustó el olor del aire acondicionado, lo mantuvimos apagado porque olía como a viejo, era muy maluco, adicional se acabó el jabón de cuerpo y no lo recargaron y el oficio a la habitación fue muy por encima, porque el piso seguía sucio, lo sé porque mi hijo andaba descalzo y los pies se le ponían sucios y por último la ubicación da un poco de nervios, es un sector en el que no te sientes seguro
