The room was clean and tidy, simply furnished; for one night the price was fair, but the shower head holder had broken; there were no blinds, though on the third floor it wasn’t a big deal.

Only the location was good, free parking was available, but I had no luck; the hotel entrance was confusing, and at 9 pm no staff were present; the room smelled awful, was in need of renovation in some spots, and very dirty; the carpet was covered with stains and dust, the shower was moldy, the toilet was extremely outdated with old uric deposits, there were spider webs and smeared mirrors on the cabinet, no light at the bed, the bed creaked, the mattress was dirty and uncomfortable; never again.

The room wasn’t really clean, the shower was full of mold, the room could use a caretaker, and there was no staff visible.

Ich war 16.10 Uhr am Hotel. Trotz mehrerer Emails schon drei Tage und die danach folgende Tage bekam ich keine Antwort. Ich wollte wissen welche Zimmer Nummer ich habe und wie der Zugangs Code lautet. Also habe ich als ich im Hotel angekommen bin versucht den Betreiber telefonisch zu erreichen aber auch das war nicht möglich. Dann bin ich in ein anderes Hotel gefahren wo alles reibungslos lief. Nun möchte ich Sie bitten mir meinen bereits bezahlten Betrag zurück zu erstatten. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Einfach eine Frechheit. MfG Ralf Domichowski. Text oben

The hotel sits in a central spot, but the room felt a bit dirty; the toilet lid was loose and kept slipping, and the mattresses were fully sagging, with every spring visible and feelable.
