The decor was terrible and old. The soap dispenser was empty. The bed was hard and the pillows awful. The incense sticks in the room had a strong stench. Breakfast tasted bad; the croissants were undercooked inside! Nothing about this run‑down hotel pleased us; it was almost a 2‑star level. Very noisy – you hear everything from room to room.

The staff, the facilities and the surrounding environment were all good. A perfect place to unwind. Perhaps the breakfast could be improved – it felt too industrial.

Overall the hotel is pretty and cozy, full of charm! The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff weren’t especially friendly, the bathroom had no light, and the bathtub/shower was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was adequate.

Everything was perfect: service, facilities, room, cleanliness, interior and exterior decor—all wonderful. I’d recommend it 100 % and people have even asked for my name to visit. Nothing could be better.
