“Disappointing”
I liked the location, and the check‑in and check‑out experience was positive; the staff were friendly and polite, and it was cute to see the marine decorations around. However, the room was not clean—beds were made, but the desk was greasy and the mirror had visible dirt. I reported it immediately, and the staff came to clean it, but I expected a small gesture, like a card or a complimentary drink, to apologise for the lack of cleanliness, and that never happened. My room was larger than what I booked (which I didn’t need) but offered no view of the sea or the city; the window faced a side street. I had to ask for basic toiletries such as cotton swabs and shower cups, which were not provided, and one of the lights wouldn’t turn on. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers, and I would not return.
