“Nice hotel great location”

The view from the location was great, but the room wasn’t vacuumed properly when I arrived, and a maintenance worker left a strong, foul odor that lingered in the room after he left—an issue I had reported a year ago.

Location close to Gonzaga. Our bathroom was not clean. Human hair found in the shower refrigerator did not work well and Clock did not work in room

Coffee bar in the lobby, restaurant quality and location. The toilet paper and kleenex were poor quality

“Not what I expected from a Davenport property”

I’ve known this hotel for decades and was looking forward to the latest update and its integration into the Davenport group, but it falls far short of the standards of the other properties I’ve stayed at—very disappointing.

“We stay here a lot , but very disappointed in service & early check in policy.”

The location and balcony overlooking the pool were nice, but charging $50 for early check‑in when our room was ready at noon was ridiculous; when we returned at 1:15 pm we were told we’d be charged $25 for a 45‑minute early entry, and the front desk wouldn’t let us in until after 2 pm, so we went wine‑tasting and only checked in after 4 pm. Room service also failed to clean our room or provide new towels; after a football game we returned at 11 pm and the room was still unclean even though we had left a “clean” sign on the door. Finally, after calling the front desk, Matthew apologized and sent us new towels.
