I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. It started with an unsettling phone call two days before our arrival, where they threatened to cancel our booking if we didn't pay through a specific bank. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the second floor near the pool, but after reading reviews about the loud parties, we politely declined. Thankfully, we didn't end up in that room, as it was even louder than we anticipated.

I had a terrible experience with the dishonest owners of this hotel. The staff was friendly, but the owners' lack of integrity completely overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, I was left with a sour taste after my visit.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, which was a highlight of my stay. I also appreciated the availability of drinking water on the premises. However, the breakfast was a disaster - the staff took an eternity to refill empty containers, and the options were limited to Filipino dishes. I would recommend booking a room without breakfast. To make matters worse, the water heating system in the shower was faulty, leaving me to take cold showers most of the time.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the room was very clean, with nice bedding and a relaxing view of the pool and patio. The staff was also very accommodating. However, the noise from the pool area after 10 pm was a major issue, and the single-pane windows made it impossible to block out the sounds.
