The café was decent, though it lacked natural juices—every drink was a mix of industrial juice—and the cakes were made from ready‑made mixes; the spoons were too small for the table items, but the staff were friendly and the location in town was convenient. Unfortunately, despite the good location, our room faced a main street where cars and motorcycles were noisy at night, and a nearby pizzeria with a children’s playground added even more disturbance; staying at the back of the inn would likely be quieter, and the bathroom’s bathtub was very loud, plus the two‑step spiral staircase makes it tricky to bring a stroller upstairs, so you might want to request a ground‑floor room.
“Custo benefício bom”
The bathtub, shower, and beds were good. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Wi‑Fi ranged from awful to non‑existent, the TV wouldn’t connect – only free channels worked. The room lighting could be softer, with indirect lighting instead of harsh white bulbs.
“A pousada é razoável. Café da manhã é servido em outra pousada. Banheiro cheira mal.”
I liked the location and the staff at the lodge were friendly, and parking was easy. However, even though I had requested a specific room, I didn’t realize it was on the upper floor of the lodge, so carrying many bags up the stairs was difficult. The bathroom in the room smelled like sewage, and during the night we woke up to the sound of the water tank pumping on the roof because the ceiling is PVC, not masonry. We caught a few cold days and because PVC isn’t thermal, we felt colder at night due to the ceiling. This is a tip for future guests: the upper rooms look cozy, but the PVC ceiling lets you hear the water tank clearly. Another important point is that on both days we stayed, we had to drive to another lodge for breakfast, which was a negative. In short, they could have warned us about the room details and especially that we’d need to go elsewhere for breakfast, something crucial to tell guests at check‑in. We only found out when we went down to the breakfast location and it was closed, then they informed us.
“Teria sido ótimo se tivesse internet”
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but there was no Wi‑Fi and the mobile signal was weak in the rooms.
“Otima”
The place was spotless and perfect for our family of five, and the breakfast was excellent.
