I landed early in the morning and the front desk let me stay there while they offered coffee and herbal teas; they even stored my luggage for me on the day I headed to Machu Picchu. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The only snag was that there are no towel hooks in the bathroom.

Two staff members were helpful, but the room was small, the micro TV was tiny, and the coffee tasted weak.

The staff, especially the lady who greeted us in the afternoon shift and the breakfast attendant, were excellent. The parking was super comfortable and secure. I have no complaints.

The spot is great, just a half block from the San Pedro market and four blocks from the main square, and the parking is flawless, comfortable, with excellent service, a very good breakfast, and everything clean. Thanks for having us. Overall, the location and parking stand out the most.

The place isn’t far from the historic center, it’s very organized and offers hot water 24 hours a day. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great, with bread, eggs, yogurt, cereals, fruit, cold cuts, and unlimited juice. What bothered me a bit was the brightness of the windows; I think a curtain would fix it.
