The spot was great for grabbing breakfast or lunch, just a short walk away.

The place was quiet, but the stairs were a hassle, the bathroom looked old, and the air‑con was noisy.

The hotel was close to everything, good value, and the lobby always had coffee and tea; the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and smelled nice, and the air‑conditioning worked well. We stayed on the second floor, so there was no elevator or cart to carry our stuff, but that didn’t bother us because we were healthy and mobile; however, it could be a major drawback for small families or anyone with mobility issues. Still, we loved our room above the lobby.

The symposium attached to the comfort Inn was excellent. We were in Brantford for a wedding and we stayed at the comfort inn for 2 nights. The maid service never came in to make our beds. We had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, kleex. We also asked for coffee for the coffee maker in our room and they could not supply with regular coffee only decaffeinated
