Saurav was a great guy and the hotel owners were extremely kind and calm; the room was cozy and the washroom spotless. The location is a bit interior, but an Uber auto is always available, so that’s not a problem.

The location and room space were good, but the amenities could use improvement, such as more staff, a better lift area, and a better restaurant.

The rooms are newly built, but the staff are horrible and I didn’t feel safe; the location feels like it’s in the middle of slums.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were clean, but because the building was still under construction it was a bit messy.
