There was nothing positive about the stay; everything left me dissatisfied.
I never got hit with a double charge, but the service was awful and they threw us out at 9 am even though we had a checkout at 12 pm.
“Pésimo”
I paid for a villa but was given a room; I never saw the receptionist’s face, yet the service was awful. A sign in the room warned that any damage would be charged— if you wet the mattress or dirty the towels and sheets, you’re billed. There’s no smoking area, the mattresses were decent but not immaculate, and I won’t return. I didn’t like anything.

The place is well situated. They charge for bringing food into the hotel, it feels more like a motel, and at 4 am they told me to vacate the room because the price apparently covers only 12 hours.

The room was comfortable. The jacuzzi is not recommended— you need help to empty it, and it only has a shower downstairs. The kitchen service was not working when I arrived, and they restrict food entry. There are no power outlets for charging or using a laptop; only one is in the bathroom, which should be in the bedroom.
