“Nice stay”

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some maintenance work happening during our stay; it wasn’t loud but it was a bit disruptive.

Delicious breakfasts, staff went out of their way to help guests without being intrusive or rude. The pool was great, with both shallow and deep areas, very clean, and the location was superb.

For a young family, the pool was the biggest highlight and a perfect way to cool off after a long day exploring Huê. Breakfast had enough variety for everyone, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi‑Fi was a major issue – strong in a few spots but unreliable elsewhere, including the bedroom, so we had to buy extra eSIMs because we didn’t have reliable Wi‑Fi 90 % of the time. There was also general noise from the pool late at night and guests in the hallways; the windows weren’t as sound‑proof as other hotels, but the staff handled it as best they could.
