The only thing that mattered was the location. In three days no one came to clean the room, and then they charged my debit card 169,31 € at 3 am the next day after check‑in even though I’d already paid the full stay. The reception the next day couldn’t explain anything and was talking on the phone with other people instead of me. I sent two emails to the hotel and got no reply, so I’m still waiting for Booking to resolve the issue.

“The Best weekend ever 😃”

The staff was amazing; we checked in early and the front‑desk lady—whose name I never caught—helped me by running to open the bathroom right after I’d just gotten off the freeway and really needed to go. The rest of the stay was even better, and we loved the location for our weekend events. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone and hope to return. On the way home we noted that we were right next to the airport, yet in our room or anywhere in the motel we didn’t hear any traffic.

There’s a Chinese restaurant in the main lobby that makes the whole hotel smell like a cheap eatery. The greasy odor permeated everything, even the bedding. When we arrived at midnight the restaurant was still open and the owner’s toddler was running around screaming. The hotel is extremely dated.

Not much to say. The van driver was very rude and ran into my girlfriend, brushing his shoulder against hers.
