“ここの施設の売りが分からない!”
Nothing in particular to praise. The front desk required me to change from outdoor slippers to room slippers, which was bothersome. The outlet near the kettle was broken, so I had to move the kettle to use it. The card key didn’t open unless I slid the card, and there was no explanation for this. The sauna was unusable after 22:00, and I couldn’t use it from 5:00 to 9:00 in the early morning—unacceptable. There were no nearby restaurants, so I ordered dinner, but it wasn’t a special Kochi meal; the breakfast buffet was just four salad items (shredded cabbage, cucumber, sliced onion, and what appeared to be frozen broccoli), which was terribly underwhelming for a buffet. Amenities were scarce; items like cleansing lotion and facial toner had to be purchased. This was the first time a hotel didn’t live up to its price. There was no soundproofing.
