The location is great, just a short walk from the beach, and the butterfly garden is stunning. The air conditioning didn’t work, so we felt very hot.

This guesthouse is lovely, with a charming garden and hosts who are very welcoming and attentive. The spot is perfect for reaching the beach—just a stone's throw away—where boats leave for trips to Pigeon Island. The rooms provide all the necessary comforts for the price.

The place is well‑situated near the beach, and the staff greet you with tea and are attentive to your needs. They swapped our room without any hassle.

“Sort of nice but some Mixed feelings”

The location was nice, the room was clean and spacious, and most of the staff were friendly. Still, I had mixed feelings about the place. The garden could be beautiful but it lacked maintenance and cleaning; trash was scattered around and the plants needed water. The room only had the bare minimum: two beds and a table that was taken up by a fridge, so we couldn’t use it. There were odd interactions with the owner—for instance, when I asked for Wi‑Fi, she said she would remove the access points if someone else booked one of the more expensive “luxury rooms.” During the day they cut the power to the room entirely, so my batteries didn’t charge and the drinks were warm when we returned. There was also no hot water in 2025, which I find unheard of. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but compared to every other place we stayed at, it was the weakest, and I honestly can’t rate it higher than 5/10.

It’s close to the ocean, has a large area, and is quiet. It’s terribly dirty and the staff are extremely unfriendly. The photos show everything. The cleanliness of the linens raised questions about whether they were even clean. The only plus is that they changed all the linens.
