The location! Right in the heart of Annecy! It wasn’t very clean and a bit over‑staged.

Rien. Nous venions pour le Triathlon d'Annecy avec nos vélos. Aucune mention dans le règlement de l'hôtel interdisait les vélos dans la chambre. Le réceptionniste nous a interdit d'accéder à la chambre et nous a proposé de mettre nos vélos (à 5000€ chacun) dans un parking public !!! Et bien entendu l'hôtel me demande de payer le séjour alors que nous y avons pas dormi. un scandale !
