My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. I was initially given a room by the staff located at the back of the hotel, which unfortunately had a strong smell of cigarettes and was extremely noisy due to its proximity to a busy highway. The furniture in the room was outdated, and I was surprised to find that I had paid for a standard room but was given something less. The receptionist's unfriendly demeanor didn't make things any better, and the breakfast options were very limited.
I had a disastrous experience with this hotel. They took my money upfront, but when I arrived, they claimed they didn't have any rooms available. I was sent to another hotel, Black Pearly, which was terrible and had bugs in the room. The whole situation looked like a scam, and I'm still fuming about it.
