Everything was spotless, and I loved the local pictures hanging on the hotel walls. The water pressure was very low, making it tough to rinse shampoo out of my hair.
“Thank you for the great time - we'll be back.”
Our room matched our expectations, the staff was great, breakfast was fantastic, and the whole facility was wonderful. Unfortunately the washer and dryer were broken; we managed without them, but it would have helped to have them working.
“Nice place to stay”
Honesty and responsibility shone through—special thanks to Lori, who called us within an hour after we forgot our important documents so we could retrieve them. I appreciate people like Lori who are honest and responsible. The employees are nice, the room is clean, and breakfast is good.
“It was excellent and expensive…”
The location was decent, but the price was very high 😳🤓. Very expensive 😆.
“Good food, great staff and good location.”
The hotel is close to everything in Moscow. However, there was no hand sanitizer in the hallway dispensers and a loud group was hanging outside our window in the parking lot until about 12 AM.
