The view was good and the location is close to Moonlight Square, but room service delivered food in takeaway containers with no tray and wooden cutlery, which was surprising and below the standard for the price paid.

The hotel looked stunning and the staff were very helpful, yet everything was great except that the staff could have shown us how to use the room electronics like the oxygen machine and floor heating.
