We’ve booked this place many times whenever there’s a vacancy, and the spot is spot‑on; I’ll keep coming back as long as rooms are available in Boracay. The only gripe is that the doors still use regular keys—smart key would be a nice upgrade like the other spots in the area.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, which made for a sweltering stay. On the other hand, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. It's a shame the AC wasn't functioning properly, but it's a small consolation that the bathroom was spotless.

This place is in a fantastic location - you're literally a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated, and you can tell it's been around for a while. Still, it's clean and comfortable, and the price is pretty reasonable considering how central it is.

The hotel's central location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the noise from the generator right outside our room was a deal-breaker. We were looking forward to a good night's sleep after a long journey, but the constant hum made it impossible. The staff told us the noise would stop around 6 pm, but it went on for another two hours. When we mentioned this at the reception the next morning, they just shrugged it off.

The location of this hotel is seriously unbeatable - just a 4-minute stroll to the beach and you're soaking up the sun in no time. However, the rooms are a bit worn out and the whole hotel has a retro vibe that's stuck in the 80s, complete with some rooms sporting old-school kinescope TVs that are still somehow working. It's a bit of a mixed bag, but the proximity to the beach makes up for some of the dated decor.
