The food at this hotel is seriously top-notch - I had some of the best meals of my trip here
The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating
The hotel's pool area was a major draw for me, and I was able to spend hours lounging by the water
The hotel was spotlessly clean and functional, which was a relief after a long journey

The pool and playroom were great, but the TV system was impossible to use.
4th time staying, perfect for my needs
Everything was super good (comfortable beds++), but the location was less ideal.
The bed was very wide, the atmosphere was good, the food was tasty, and the service was nice.
The staff were attentive, but the instant coffee was not good.
