Vang Vieng Camellia Hotel

“Great value for money!”

The staff Alex and Daisy went the extra mile, being very helpful and kind. Service was consistent in this good hotel in Central Vang Vieng, and with host Alex everything seemed simple and clear for what you need to do in town; his English is brilliant. The room was tidy, clean, and had a comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Good location, does the job for the price. The hotel is a bit outdated.

The neighbor is a conscientious tour company that can arrange rental bikes and minivan transfers to Vientiane. The hotel is quiet, and depending on the room you can expect a good view (west‑facing rooms). The water is lukewarm. The TV does not work, and the north‑facing room was very humid.

“We would recommend for a stay in Vang Vieng!”

This 1‑star hotel offers 5‑star services; we loved the stay. The owners’ hospitality, the staff’s kindness, and the cleanliness made for a perfect experience. It’s a quiet hotel in town, very central. The room and bathroom are good size. The host offered many optional tours, the breakfast buffet was fresh, and there were unlimited fresh fruits and drinks.

“The budget hotel with great value for money.”

I really liked the location and the staff. It’s a basic hotel but well situated, clean, and has a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the lobby, where you can work inside or relax on a small patio at the front. Vang Vieng is busy and noisy, so this place felt like a little oasis. The view from my room was the most beautiful. The staff were helpful and pleasant to chat with. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh fruits and optional drinks. The stairs to the top floor are slippery, so be careful.
