“Estancia tranquila y agradable”
The room was adequate and the mattresses were very comfortable. We stayed with our dog without any problem; they even put a feeder and water bowl in the room. The location is ideal for nature lovers, very close to Vall de Incles and within walking distance of the Grandvalira ski slope. The hotel and rooms have an old‑timey decor, and hot water took a while to come out of the bathtub. Otherwise everything was fine. I can’t comment on the breakfast because we didn’t try it.
The place was impeccably clean, and the hotel itself is very pretty. In the room, hot water takes a long time to arrive, and the system that switches between the tap and the shower head works poorly.

“Great hotel and staff in a very scenic location!”
The hotel had character and great facilities. We didn’t use the spa or pool, but the bar and lounge were very nice. The staff was outstanding—very helpful and friendly. Parking was an issue: there’s a free municipal lot nearby that closes after 9 pm, and we weren’t told that ahead of time. We returned from dinner after 9 pm and found ourselves locked out. Street parking was unavailable, so we went to the front desk and were offered parking in the hotel garage for 7.5 euro. The garage is below the hotel, with a single‑lane entrance that’s easy to access, but the turns are very narrow and the parking spaces tight. Our car wasn’t large, but getting in and out was stressful; some turns left only 10–12 inches of clearance on either side. Thankfully our car had camera sensors so we knew the clearance, but it was still very tight. When we left, my wife stood at the entrance to make sure no one tried to drive in while I was trying to back out, which would have been a nightmare in such a narrow space.
