The facilities were great, with a nice pool and gym area
The staff were really friendly and helpful
We appreciated the amenities like WiFi and a large bath
The only downside was that the breakfast got a bit repetitive after a few days

“Put your customers first. That’s a good start”
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the customer service. I had booked a room for the New Year's period, but due to overbookings, they caused me a lot of stress and hassle. The customer agent I dealt with was completely unhelpful and hostile, which made me decide to cancel my booking. What's even more disappointing is that they continued to pester me for days after, showing no flexibility or understanding.
This place really delivered on the basics - the rooms and common areas were spotless and looked like they'd been recently renovated. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. It's a great spot for a quick overnight stay, and the price was pretty reasonable too.
“Excellent”
We had a wonderful stay and the staff treated us really well. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
“Very well maintained rooms and planned Motel. Staff is very polite and courteous. Will definitely recommend!”
I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were massive and spotlessly clean, which was a great surprise considering the price. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions. For the money, it was a great deal and I'd definitely stay here again.
