The location near the boardwalk was convenient, but we paid for an ocean view room and were assigned room 216, which overlooked the parking garage exit and a construction site.

I was hoping for an update on a refund request, but the experience was very disappointing.

The card reader on our room door failed, and with no other rooms available we had to ask the front desk to unlock it each time we left; on one occasion we waited over 15 minutes for someone to return, and we had to wait until the next day to see if another room would open.

The facility was very clean. The staff was not nice. They was not knowledgable of their jobs at all. The included breakfast was a joke.3 choices at starbucks. The billing is ridiculous. Make sure to check your bills after you check out, i was overcharged on alot of things 🤔🤔🤔🤔
