The air‑conditioner in the room made a loud noise for two straight days. I told the front desk, and they sent an engineer, but the problem persisted for the whole time.

The hotel is pretty, simple, and very comfortable because it’s so close to the airport. It has a good restaurant and a free airport shuttle.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself wasn’t cleaned properly—there was a lot of dust and hair, and the bathroom was disgusting.

The hotel is beautiful and sits in an incredible spot. The views are stunning and the place is very clean overall.

Customer service was excellent and the location was great, but the pillows had long strands of hair on them, so we asked for fresh linens, and the tub had a big gash that needs fixing.
