Nothing! The room was very uncomfortable. It smelled musty, a comment they promised to fix, but nothing changed. Constant key issues, card problems that required multiple trips to retrieve the card, a carpet stained with debris, mold in the bathroom—never going back.

“Booked 2 times never again”

Not much! I couldn’t reach the front desk, left messages that were never answered, and when transferred to the rewards desk there was no record—very bad. We stayed there in June, had no TV working and no hot water; definitely not returning.

I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in the area because everything was perfect – the restaurant food was good, the room was crisp and clean, the pool and hot tub were spotless, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The only downside was that the sauna was out of order.

“Four walls might be all you need”

The place felt a bit outdated, but that wasn’t a huge issue. My reservation was in the system, yet the property didn’t have a reserved room ready when I arrived; I’m at least relieved they managed to find an available room afterward. The electronic door lock on the entryway was falling off the door, which blew my mind. I usually skip the continental breakfast, but I decided to try it and it was actually disappointing. The room itself was dark and quiet. At the restaurant, four other families were eating, and every one of the other 20 tables was filled with dirty dishes, so there was no silverware and nothing to drink. I definitely won’t stay there again.

“It was a relatively economical room - next time I will stay at a brand I trust”

The bed was comfortable, but major plumbing work was ongoing, which messed up the toilet and shower in our room. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t worth it, so we didn’t eat in the attached restaurant for lunch or dinner. There was no bar soap in the room – even the front desk had none. After checking in, I had to make two more trips to the Front Desk to get a room key for a room that wasn’t already occupied. There was a phone in our room, but the phone system was not working and our phone wasn’t plugged in – it was just a decorative item. We received only 2 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights. No ice machine – you have to go to the front desk and they’ll fetch it from the restaurant for you. The elevator didn’t work, but there was a luggage cart at the top of the stairs.
