The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of products and the quality of the products was very high. The shower hadn't been cleaned properly, but as we only stayed 1 night we didn't make a fuss as we didn't want to have to wait for it to be cleaned again/properly

The location was excellent, right next to Porta Pía; just be careful with the airport taxi—better to drop you off near the French Embassy in the Vatican so you can walk to the hotel and lock in the fixed €55 fare. The neighborhood is very quiet and packed with great restaurants. Walking down to the tourist center is easy. The hotel’s facilities are solid, especially the gym.

The hotel was pleasant, the staff were great, the location was good, and the breakfast was tasty. We were delighted by the chocolate and fruit on the room and the gift at the end of our stay (pasta). We also appreciated the free coffee, juice, water or sweet treat at the reception in the afternoon.
