The breakfast selection was outstanding and the service exceptional; the cleanliness was truly impeccable, leaving us thoroughly impressed and eager to return.

I liked the lobby area and the on‑site bar, but the room and hallways smelled musty, the bathroom shower caulking had mold, the sheets were dirty, and I checked out early because the room’s odor made my stay very uncomfortable.

The location was close to the freeway and the pool was nice and big; after we moved to a new floor, we had no issues. The young lady at check‑in wasn’t friendly, our room had a roach and a broken toilet seat, and when I complained the counter girl was still dealing with another guest’s dirty room complaint; she immediately gave us a larger room and we were fine afterward. Both employees didn’t seem surprised when I mentioned the dirty room. I paid extra for breakfast that was bad and wouldn’t have eaten it for free; what we paid definitely wasn’t worth it.

The room was good, but breakfast should be included with the stay regardless of where it’s booked.
