The Orchid Hotel Hinjewadi Pune

“Good property suitable for business trips & leisure.”

Huge property, great location, good & comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast spread, ample parking space. We reached midnight & had requested that we be provided two separate beds at the time of booking itself, however this was done much later after follow ups

Location is excellent, offering convenient access to shops and other key destinations. During my stay, I experienced frequent power failures, which disrupted ongoing meetings and caused inconvenience. Additionally, the shower water had an unpleasant odor, requiring a wait before use. The charges were comparatively high and did not reflect value for money. Furthermore, I was incorrectly charged an additional amount by the hotel, which is being refunded (as informed by hotel). However, since I paid in foreign currency, I incurred extra charges that will not be reimbursed

Room was ok, the view was of hotel tin roof had requested for change but staff never came back Given that there was a large group of kids the staff was overwhelmed and not able to manage during dinner time and breakfast Buffet dinner was kept open, food had gone cold, order took more than 45mins to be served. It showed lack of preparedness seemed like reservation team did not inform the restaurant staff about the increase volume of customers for food
