The front desk lady was very friendly and helped us with easy access for our disabled family. The food at the cafe was terrible, the service was awful, and the meals were awful – better to go to a fast‑food chain nearby.

We stayed for 6 nights; the room was very nice and clean, almost perfect. It was a bit hard for us. We loved their brewed coffee and the heater. Their water pressure in CR is strong, which is impressive. But this place isn’t WFH friendly – the smart and globe Wi‑Fi is a dead spot and the internet is very weak. You have to go to a coworking space to work. I hope they can improve the internet speed.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are good value, and the Fab cafe is nice. The hot shower is a plus! The staff are very accommodating and helpful at any time of day. The CR is very small in the deluxe room. Shower handles are missing or non‑existent in the rooms we stayed in. Wi‑Fi and cellular signal are extremely weak; please improve the Wi‑Fi so you can stay contactable while in the hotel.
