The accommodation is in a fantastic location with a beautiful view, friendly staff, and a breakfast basket that was always a highlight. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. We stayed in the old wing, and one evening a staff member even performed a concert, finishing politely at 10 pm. The performance was good and we enjoyed ourselves later, though the thin walls let everything seep through. Overall, it was very pleasing.

Great breakfast and a buffet dinner. The hotel’s location is truly excellent. The staff are very friendly and the place feels like a family-run business.

There were enough breakfast options. It’s not too far from Lago di Sorapis and Tre Cime. The bed was really comfortable and the view from the room was nice. Parking spots were limited, so we always had to park at a free city lot. The hotel really needs a renovation. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—hair in a fridge, hair on the floor, very dirty under and around the bed, clogged shower. The location wasn’t great for restaurants and shops; we went in early September and almost everything was closed, so it was really just a place to sleep and go.
