“Why is this a 4 star?”
The location is ideal. The room was extremely small, had no window, and felt like a prison. The AC, which you only needed because of the room’s layout and not the outside temperature, was noisy. Water pressure was low and the hair dryer was bad. The breakfast buffet and room were very small and crowded. The only nice thing was that you could sit on the terrace in the inner courtyard for breakfast. But what makes this hotel a 4‑star? We had better comfort in a 2‑star during our trip in France.
